• Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policies and procedures
• Manage, motivate, train and evaluate the supervisory and administrative staff
• Schedule and conduct plant meetings.
• Responsible for plant production goals , mainly the product quality control
• University degree
• A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position
• Good verbal and written communication
• PC skills
• Excellent command of English Language
