- Bachelor degree in economics / business management / engineer inthe field of automobile. MBA - advantage;
- experience in managing a small to medium sized plant or division;
- experience in customer relations, marketing and sales;
- fluency in English;
- profiency in Microsoft office software's;
- analytical and decision-making skills, team-player and leader;
- strong abilities: initiative, adaptability, communication, customer orientation, operational efficiency and conflict management/negociations.
