Working for BPO European Headquarter, you will concentrate on designing, implementing and managing Operational and Financial Metrics Reporting, Business Fundamentals and Key Performance Indicator tracking. You will help to develop and drive quality information flow processes with emphasis on standardization and productivity. The goal is to provide senior management with better information more efficiently. Being at the EMEA Regional level you get to experience a broad overview of Business Process Operations business model. This 'bird-eye perspective' provides a unique leadership opportunity, as Countries, Categories and Operations teams can leverage your contributions.

Scope of work: Bucharest BPO centre (75%) and Barcelona BPO Centre (25%)

Responsibilities:

Specific expectations of this role include:
- Manage the prioritization, scoping, communication and continuous improvement activities of the Project Management Office in EMEA
- Drive structure in Project Management Office timelines and deliverables
- Deliver weekly & monthly status reports
- Coordinate the deployment of a ¿Glide Path¿ concept to drive on-going productivity improvements
- Structure and streamline the Business Information System to enable management team to make better decision
- Coach individuals in the organization to have strong project management knowledge & deliverables
- Coordinate the deployment of a standard operating model/standard practice across the Bucharest and Barcelona Centre
- Lead strategic programs and initiatives in EMEA region

CERINTE

Profile:
- Master degree in Business/ Economics
- Min 3 years of experience in business planning, Reporting or integrated financial & business performance analysis
- Medium level of project mgmt knowledge and experience, can help others setup projects/programs
- Ability to summarize and build management report
- Able to consult and team-up with senior management audiences to get things done
- Experience in data interpretation and analysis, process analysis and design, proven analytical and detailed oriented
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as facilitation
- Very good English
- Computer literate: MS Office skills
