Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the company policies in the following fields: production, stock transfer of completed product for distribution;
- Control of production plan;
- Control of the update of the bill of materials;
- Analyzing gaps between planning and performance, drawing conclusions and taking corrective measures;
- Improving method and solution for avoiding "bottle necks" in the dairy;
- Applying long Term production Plan (annually or other);
- Determining and controlling quantities of raw materials needed and regulation/adjustment of the quantity of other raw materials;
- Setting up management and maintenance of the "Bill of Materials" in the dairy;
- Forecasting and verifying resources in the intermediate and long term;
- Planning production in the dairy using CBS, ERP systems in the best efficient way while fully integration all the plant's systems;
- Control of current performance as against planning in the following areas: purchase, production, stock, supply for distribution center and maintenance program;
- Updating the planning for each product, change and establishing new due dates;
- Verifying and optimizing the physical inventories;
- Improving the production process in order to obtain minimum production costs
The position will be subordinated to COO or Production Manager
- Good computer literacy;
- Fluent in English (advanced level);
- Relevant experience with ERP system;
- Flexible, self oriented and able to work under pressure;
- Ready to work in a green field project;
- Good communication skills and team player;
- Proven experience in a similar position within an international exposure;
