Our client is a leading multinational company in defence & communications industry.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare documented proposals to update the Time Management Plan including dates, resources and budget based on MS Project
- Supports schedule owners to perform regular updates and ensures that scheduling procedures and best practices are observed during such updates
- Ensures schedule control and analysis of deviations under the direct coordination of the Scheduling Manager
- Assists in schedule meetings with team site managers, suppliers, consortium partners
- Applies a schedule change control system (procedure by which the schedule can be changed)
- Participates in creating the documentation for process assessment, lessons learned on the causes of variances, corrective actions
- Prepares scheduling reports as requested.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- International program and Project-Management
- Experience in huge deployment projects desirable
- Easy adaptation to diverse cultural and challenging professional environments
- Advanced MS Office (Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint, Projects, Outlook)
- PERT (Project Estimation and Review Technique)
- CPM (Critical Path Methods) desirable
- Fluent in English

- previous experience in large scale telecom projects
