As an Inbound Agent, your task will be to handle our clients' calls in an effective and pleasant way, with complete professionalism and to the very best of your ability.


CERINTE

We are looking for English speakers for our Bucharest Office.

The position involves:

- taking calls in English, offering correct and complete information regarding the services provided by the company
- making Flight Reservations
- solving customers’ requests according to the
legislation
- promoting the company services
- performing changes into customers’ accounts

Key skills are:

- very good command of the English languages, spoken and written; language certificate is a plus
- excellent communication skills
- patience with difficult customers
- team player
- flexibility, reliability, dedication
- ready for learning new things and bringing an own contribution to the team
