- PHP expert level (OOP Programming)
- Advanced knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX)
- Knowledge of the core architecture of some popular eCommerce platforms (Magento, X-Cart in particular)
- Proven expertise in software architecture
- Previous experience in designing/implementing complex web applications
- Knowledge of the core architecture of some popular CMSs (Drupal, Wordpress)
- An eye for details
- Ability to master new technologies and products quickly and understand implications to existing and future systems.

Are a plus:
- Knowledge of other web-related technologies like Java, Flash, Ruby
- Experience with PHP framework (CakePHP, Zend)

- SVN repository usage
- Unit testing experience
