As a PHP programmer, you will be part of our young and highly qualified team of programmers, that will help develop and integrate powerful in-house solutions for Voice System's customers.
You will be a key element in the design and implementation of VoIP solutions, since your should design specific PHP interfaces for each of the customers' needs to manage VoIP services both as a user and as an administrator.
This is why you should often have to interact with our customers, in order to understand how they want to provision with their VoIP solution, what types of PHP interfaces are required ¿ web, XML, SOAP, etc. The applications you should create will closely interact and exchange information with our existing VoIP platforms, OpenSER SIP server based.
VoIP is a new, in-fashion, changing and fast-evolving domain that people need to know more about. So you should be prepared to sometimes travel, along with other Voice System team members, to promote our VoIP solution within international fares, with a strong accent on its originality and the last-minute concepts that it continuously integrates. Also, on-site presence will be time to time required during platform deployment in customer premises.
Key Skills:
- good knowledge and relevant experience as a PHP programmer
- web interface architect: technical design and an esthetic point of view
- experienced with UNIX-like platforms (mainly Linux)
- good knowledge of spoken and written English
Would be a PLUS :
- PERL and BASH scripting language experience
- SQL-language and database knowledge (mySQL)
- version-control systems knowledge (CVS, SVN)
- networking fundamentals good understanding and knowledge (TCP/IP stack of protocols)
- XML-trees understanding
- dynamic templates design knowledge
