* Should be able to work independently or in a team on a complete project lifecycle including design / development / and testing responsibilities.
* Should be familiar with JOOMLA technologies.
* Should be familiar with Web 2.0 standards.
* Experience with ZEND / CakePHP / CodeIgniter / Joomla / Wordpress will be a plus.
* Knowledge of Facebook API / Twitter API / Paypal API will be a bonus.
* Experience with Agile development.
* If you have any development experience in Asterisk, it will be a huge plus. Please mention this in the first line of your resume.
* Exp in CMS/LMS: Joomla / Wordpress / Drupal / Moodle / Dolphin -> (at least one is required) Joomla or Wordpress preferred
* Exp in frameworks: CakePHP / Symfony / CodeIgniter / ZEND -> (at least one is required) CodeIgniter or Zend preferred
* Exp in OsCommerce / Zen Cart / Magento / X Cart will be a plus.
* Exp in Facebook API / Twitter API / Paypal API will be an advantage.
* Exp in any JS library such as JQuery / Prototype / Scriptaculous or other is a bonus. Knowledge of JQuery is desired.
* Exp in Rich Internet Application devp. (RIA) such as Flex, AIR etc will be an advantage.
* Exp in Dreamweaver, Photoshop desired.
* HTML and CSS knowledge is a must.
* Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
* Candidates with good working experience in Joomla, Wordpress and Code Igniter will be preferred.
