- co-ordinate the recruitment and selection of new staff
- advise managers on developing appropriate/effective job descriptions, advertisements & selection process
- contacts with outside agencies to provide employee services, such as recruitment agencies, administration agencies and event organizations or planning agencies
- develop appropriate human resources policies and standards to ensure effective, fair and equitable management of staff throughout the organisation
- supervising over keeping and updating department database and personal files
- advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues
- managing health and safety area and personal safety at the Company in accordance with regulations and guidelines of International Division
