RESPONSABILITATI

1. Responsible for preparation and evidence of all documents related to the initiation, execution and termination of employment contracts;
2. Responsible for administration of aspects related to:
- change of employment terms (internal transfer, promotions, salary reviews etc)
- time attendance (leave of absence)
- personnel files
- electronic staff database
- organizational charts
- job descriptions
- employee benefits
3. Prepare and release certificates of any kind;
4. Prepare various reports.


CERINTE

Knowledge
- Solid knowledge of Romanian labor legislation
- Prior experience with expatriate administration is a major plus
- Very good working level of English - written & verbal
- Good PC skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Competencies: accuracy & attention to detail, task-oriented (finisher)self-disciplined, very well organized, problem solving skills, client-oriented attitude, able to perform under pressure, good interpersonal skills.
