RESPONSABILITATI

Administrative assistance:
- Schedule meetings/appointments
- Arrange complex travel, both international and domestic
- Interface with high-level external executives (CEOs, etc.)
- Create and update spreadsheets
- Expense Reports
- Prepare presentations, minutes, reports etc
- Answer phones, take messages and manage email correspondence

Personal assistance:
- supports the expatriate located in Romania in all issues regarding the legal documents


CERINTE

- University degree
- Fluent in English (German would be a plus)
- Must be very bright with demonstrated high intelligence
- Energetic and overly detail-oriented
- Work well in an environment with a variety of strong personalities
- Eager to meet very high standards
- Possess a positive, can-do attitude
- Self-starter; able to work independently or as a team player; able to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Strong sense of discretion and ability to uphold strict confidentiality standards
- Ability to maintain calm in stressful situations and handle pressure with grace
- Excellent interpersonal skills, effective listening skills and strong customer service skills
- Strong personality, hands on person
