Our client is the President of various companies and businesses: real estate development business, commerce of construction materials etc
We are now searching a smart and efficient Personal Assistant
ROLE
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager
- Act as an interface between the President and the team/employees/customers/business partners
- Organize and run the office in a way that relieves manager from all on going administrative tasks
- Organize the President’s agenda
- Participate in and follow up various projects in collaboration with other departments
- Prepare complex trips (travel arrangements & approvals, visas as necessary)
- Prepare various reports and presentations
- Organize internal/external meetings
- Ensure proper delegation when the President is out of office
- University graduate
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience on a similar position
- Excellent communication skills, problem solving approach
- Optimistic and flexible, problem-solving attitude
- Good sense of humour
- Willing to adapt to the President’s busy schedule
- Very good command of English
- Very good computer skills
- Organized, reliable and multi-tasked
