- Take sort calls, e-mails and messages sent to the Production Director.
- Organizes meetings, established the meeting agenda along with the Production Director, take minutes and follow up action points discussed by the participants at the meetings.
- Updates the monthly reports, build different presentations for the Production division and update the organizational chart on a monthly basis.
- Keeps an evidence of all the budgets, business trips and acquisitions (software, hardware) that are made inside de Production Dept. Communicates with the IT and Administrative dept in these cases.
- Updates and analyze the key performance indicators for Production
- Follow up on a monthly basis the Action Plan completion with the information from the Business Unit Managers.
- Offers support to the Business Unit Managers in their daily activities (providing different types of reports), maintains a good communication between departments, delegates administrative tasks.
A suitable candidate should have:
- good communication skills,
- organization and planning skills
- computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook – Calendar and Tasks).
- should be fluent in English – written and spoken
- attention to details
- problem solving orientation.
