RESPONSABILITATI

* Serving as right-hand person to CEO across all job responsibilities and functions
* Writing and editing letters, maintaining personal and business calendars, making travel arrangements,
* Providing general administrative support and completing various personal tasks as assigned
* Performs a wide variety of typing assignments which are sometimes confidential in nature; operates personal computer to enter data, draft, edit, revise, and print letters, tables, reports, and other materials.
* Greets and directs visitors, as and when appropriate; resolves routine administrative problems and answers inquiries concerning activities and operations of department/division; accepts, screens, and routes telephone calls; maintains log of inquiries as required.
* Performs a range of staff and/or operational support activities; may serve as a liaison with other departments on basic administrative and/or operational matters.
* Sorts, screens, and distributes incoming and outgoing mail; drafts or prepares responses to routine inquiries; prepares photocopies and facsimiles, and operates a variety of office equipment.
* Establishes, maintains, processes, and updates files, records, certificates, and/or other documents.
* Arranges meetings and conferences, schedules interviews and appointments, and performs other duties related to maintaining one or more individual schedules; makes travel and lodging arrangements, either directly or through travel agencies.
* Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
* Provides information and interpretation regarding a comprehensive range of administrative policies and procedures;
* Performs or coordinates problem resolution on matters pertaining to day-to-day administration.
* Communicate orally and in writing complex issues, conclusions, and decisions.
* Manage and allocate operating budget for minor projects and general unit operations.
* Establish project schedules and budget estimates for meeting these schedules.
* Report weekly status to the CEO

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience working in a high level, high pressure, fast-paced environment; and, should have the confidence, composure and management skills to handle multiple projects in an effective, professional, timely manner.

The ideal candidate should have also:

3. At least 3 years experience in a previous similar position
4. Possess and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to communicate essential concepts to people of all levels.
5. Experience in working with senior management team in providing related recommendations, solutions and reports.
6. A proactive and flexible person;
7. Ability to plan effectively and work under pressure;
8. Results oriented, dynamic and self-motivated person;
9. Ability to gather data, compiles information, and prepares reports.
10. Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments on sensitive, confidential issues.
11. Organizing and coordinating skills.
12. Word processing and/or data entry skills.
13. Receptionist skills.
14. Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures.
15. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
16. Ability to perform simple accounting procedures.
17. Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information.
18. Ability to maintain calendars and schedule appointments.
19. Skill in the use of operating basic office equipment.
20. Ability to create, composes, and edits written materials.
21. Fluency in English.
22. Strong computer literacy, including knowledge of MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Outlook (email and calendar fluency are essential)
