- At least 3 years experience in a previous similar position
- Possess and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to communicate essential concepts to people of all levels.
- Experience in working with senior management team in providing related recommendations, solutions and reports.

- Ability to plan effectively and work under pressure;

- Ability to gather data, compiles information, and prepares reports.
- Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments on sensitive, confidential issues.
- Ability to manage employee data, utilizing an automated human resources information system.
- Organizing and coordinating skills.
- Word processing and/or data entry skills.
- Receptionist skills.
- Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to perform simple accounting procedures.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information.
- Ability to maintain calendars and schedule appointments.
- Skill in the use of operating basic office equipment.
- Ability to create, composes, and edits written materials.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong computer literacy, including knowledge of MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Outlook (email and calendar fluency are essential)
