We are looking for an experienced OFFICE ASSISTANT.


CERINTE

The ideal candidate must be extremely efficient, organized, with computer skills, open minded, intelligent, bright, spontaneous and with the desire to learn new things.

The job requires the successful candidate to be competent in the following areas:
- daily routine administration;
- provide a professional welcome to visitors;
- travel arrangements;
- handling correspondence of all types ( e-mail, fax, etc.)
-FLUENT IN ENGLISH (both in writing and speaking)
- relevant experience of at least 6 months
