RESPONSABILITATI

Responsibilities for the PA/Office Manager will include:

1. To provide full assistance in the co-ordination and setting up of new offices in Bucharest.
2. To provide secretarial support ¿ typing, shorthand, printing, dealing with all incoming e-mails, answering correspondence where appropriate, making and receiving telephone calls, producing presentations & spreadsheets, market research, translation work, updating databases, sorting the post and organising the office efficiently.
3. To be proactive in ensuring the smooth operation of the office, prioritising the workload and ensuring all ¿brought forwards¿ are dealt with efficiently.
4. In the absence of the Managing Director, ensure the smooth processing of all post, e-mails, telephone messages and responses to correspondence, keeping him appraised of any issues and developments.
5. Co-ordinate the Managing Director¿s schedule including organisation of meetings, overseas travel arrangements and itineraries.
6. Establish working relationships with contacts inside and outside the company to develop a network of contacts.
7. Ensure schedules and e-mail items are constantly updated and any issues requiring attention are dealt with appropriately.
8. Assimilate quickly and retain a wealth of information about the company, whilst keeping informed of current affairs.


CERINTE

- We're interested in identifying candidates who have worked as a personal assistant for 3-5 years and really understand how to run a dynamic and professional office;
- Its essential you have fluent English skills - written, reading and oral as much of the outbound communication will be to the London office;
- Fantastic PC skills in office, specifically Excel and Powerpoint as many financial and business related presentations will be designed by you.
