Being a Personal Assistant is much more than being just a secretary, as your role in the company is truly valued. Your major responsibilities are:
- to assist the Commercial Director in scheduling and performing daily activities;
- to provide top quality administrative services in order to support the Director's activity;
- to coordinate the activity of the company management with the daily schedule of activity of the Director;
- to manage the contact information of the Director and to report the progress of implementation tasks given by the Director
- to plan the necessary human, material, and financial resources;
- to ensure proper working of office equipment located in the office of the Director
How should you be?
We are looking for an experienced professional with:
- at least two years experience in a similar position in a large multinational organization;
- English proficiency and computer literate is a must;
- analytical mind, detail oriented and keen for procedures;
- a natural solution-provider, managing his/her workload in an efficient and structured manner as the Director is depending and counting on you;
- communicative, mature and very diplomatic.
