RESPONSABILITATI

On behalf of our client, a well known international company activating in the field of construction solutions, we are looking for a dynamic and professional Personal Assistant.

Main duties:

- Office communication in/out (fixed phones, fax, general e-mail, letters, post, etc.).
- Communication Dealer between the representative office in the country and the headquarters in Germany (receiving orders, sending orders, invoicing, delivery information, stock information, etc.).
- Primary book keeping (receiving and organizing receipts, invoices, keeping the cash register, invoicing to customers, etc.).
- Document management (organizing on categories all files and folders, virtual or hard copy).
- Individual tasks (e.g. organizing events, meetings, visitor group, etc.).
- Information filtering / distributing inside organization and with customers and suppliers.
- Communication between Director and sales team for general topics.
- Translation work (English-Romanian / German-Romanian).


CERINTE

- Economical or Technical University degree is a plus.
- Very good command of English language is a must.
- German language, at least good level.
- Computer skills: MS Office, e-mail.
- Previous experience in using office equipment (fax, phone, computer, printer, scanner, etc.) can be a plus.
- Previous experience in similar position is a plus
- Office experiences for minimum 2 years
- Communicative and self confident
