RESPONSABILITATI

The Personal Assistant works closely with the manager to provide administrative support. Typical work activities include:
- screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
- welcoming and looking after visitors;
- organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
- dealing with incoming email, faxes and post;
- producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
- liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff;
- organizing and attending meetings; often taking minutes;
- arranging travel and accommodation
- assisting the manage with any projects he is working on;
- being a spokesperson for the manager in their absence.
- get involved in budgets and accounts, managing junior staff and HR issues, such as creating staff documents, health and safety and dealing with staff problems.
