RESPONSABILITATI

Client responsibilities

• Participate in IT Advisory engagements and pre-sales activities
• Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, share knowledge and expertise with team members and updating senior team members on progress
• Help prepare reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel
• Build strong internal relationships within Ernst & Young Advisory Services and with other services across the organization,
• Identify potential business opportunities, and escalate these as appropriate
• Anticipate and identify risks within engagements and share any issues with senior members of the team

People responsibilities

• Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff
• Contribute to people-related initiatives including recruiting and retaining IT Advisory professionals
• Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures
• Help to create a positive learning culture, coach and counsel junior team members and help them to develop


CERINTE

Technical skills requirements

• University degree (Automatic Control and Computer Engineering/Mathematics, Computer Science and Cybernetics)
• 3 to 5 years experience with implementing IT Projects (hardware & software development)
• Relevant expertise in design and implementation of major software packages (ERP, CRM, BI, ECM, (eg. SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Hyperion, Siebel, a.s.o.)
• IT certifications; ITIL, TOGAF, BPMP or similar is a plus
• English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication

Additional requirements

• Demonstrated track record with a blue chip IT and / or consulting organization and/or a blue chip organization
• IT Advisory experience desired
