For one of our clients, multinational very well known and market present company in the oil and gas industry, we are currently looking for an experienced Performance Analyst to join this extremely dynamic company.
The key responsibilities for this position will be: performance monitoring and reporting.
- Balanced scorecard;
- Support the preparation of annual plan for the company;
- Investment program (Refining Technology);
- Production plan (Planning);
- Budget (Business Administration);
- Track and report performance vs. plan;
- Track and report restructuring progress;
- Support the preparation of performance contracts;
- Monitor and report on company¿s KPIs.
The ideal candidate for this position will answer to the following requirements:
- University degree;
- Refinery operation / management experience;
- Executive/ Consultative experience and knowledge in Performance Management;
- Excellent English proficiency;
- Strong communication skills.
