KPMG’s People & Change team was founded in April 2008 and is part of the Advisory business line. We provide guidance and support to our clients in the following areas: Personnel Search and Selection, Organizational Development, Performance Management, Talent Development, HR Transformation, Training and Coaching.

Responsibilities:
As a member of our team, you will be heavily involved in various HR projects for different client companies concerning personnel search and selection, organizational design, training design and delivery, performance management systems review and improvement, assessment centers, talent management assignments, etc.

We are interested in people with proven capabilities to:
• Understand client needs and design customized proposals
• Interact on frequent basis with client representatives in a professional and friendly manner
• Prepare professional presentations and deliverables
• Deliver on deadlines
• Build positive and productive relationships with current and prospective clients, and identify business opportunities
• Come up with new ideas and improvement suggestions.


CERINTE

We are highly interested in candidates who demonstrate:
• 3-5 years experience in HR, as an advisor or a specialist in an HR department
• Experience in handling multiple projects at a time, and excellent project management skills
• Assessment centers experience
• Experience in designing and facilitating soft skills trainings, organizational design and performance indicators
• Autonomy, creativity and very good organization skills
• High level of English (mandatory), and French (an advantage).
