Payroll
- Payroll for employees (over 250 in this moment, over 400 next year) using Wiz Salary Software.
- Maintenance of Wiz Salary software in order to ensure a properly use and a high performance
- Monitoring other payroll activities;
- Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leavings, disabilities, and nontaxable wages.
- Updating payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, compensation, job title and department/division transfers.
- Providing payroll information by responding to questions and requests.
- Resolving payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Maintaining employee confidence and protecting payroll operations through confidentiality.
Legislation
- Applies legislative measures in salary changes.
- Adapts internal regulations in order to ensure observance of most recent legal changes;
- Defines responsibilities and organizes task forces in any labor & fiscal law related issues
Studies: Bachelor Degree
Labor Inspection Certificate, issued by MMPS.
Experience: Min. 3 years in a similar position.
Other Competencies:
- Knowledge of payroll/personnel administration and/or contractual procedures and documentation.
- Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments on sensitive, confidential issues.
- Ability to manage employees data, using an automated human resources information system.
- Knowledge of legal requirements for the acquisition and retention of employment and/or contract data and documentation.
- Records maintenance skills.
- Demonstrates the ability to function as a team member.
- Possesses and demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills, and is able to communicate essential concepts to people of all levels.
- A proactive and flexible person;
- Ability to plan effectively and work under pressure;
- Results oriented, dynamic and self-motivated person;
- Ability to gather data, compiles information, and prepares reports.
- Fluency in English.
- Computer skills.
