• Gestioneaza miscarile de personal (promovari, rotiri, iesire) in sistemul de gestiune a datelor
• Solicita, culege, verifica si actualizeaza datele necesare salarizarii (pontaje)
• Tine evidenta concediilor de odihna, a concediilor medicale si speciale (nastere, casatorie, etc)
• Inregistreaza, actualizeaza, calculeaza la timp salariile si alte drepturi banesti
• Calculeaza beneficii, taxe, previziuni salariale (bugete, estimari)
• Asigura transferul salariilor in conturile angajatilor si plata taxelor catre institutiile de stat
• Realizeaza raportarile interne si externe specifice salarizarii (note contabile, rapoarte privind costurile cu personalul)
• Intocmeste toata documentatia privitoare la plata salariilor si taxelor si o transfera catre autoritatile respective (Casa de Pensii, Agentia de Somaj, Casa de Sanatate, Administratia Financiara, Agentia de Statistica)
• Intocmeste si distribuie fisele fiscale ale angajatilor si „fluturasii” de salariu
• Tine evidenta tichetelor de masa acordate
• Elibereaza adeverinte angajatilor
• Studii superioare economice
• Experienta profesionala in domeniul salarizarii si/sau contabilitatea salariilor (minim 2 ani)
• Cunostinte foarte bune de operare PC - Word, Excel (functii, macro, query)
• Abilitati de organizare, sistematizare si atentie la detaliu
• Capacitate de analiza si structurare
• Abilitati de comunicare
• Precizie, seriozitate, dinamism
• Capacitate de solutionare a problemelor si de prioritizare a problematicilor
• Cunostinte bune de limba engleza
