RESPONSABILITATI

- Setting up all contractual arrangements for staff members and access cards;
- Monthly payroll processing for all staff members, starting with collecting data, introducing all data into the system and preparing all monthly payroll forms;
- Ensure timely submission of the monthly reports to Unemployment Agency, Health Insurance House, Social Insurance Fund, Fiscal Administration;
- Ensure the liaisons with financial authorities, labour authorities and any other authorities involved in the Romanian regulatory reporting related to payroll processing and personnel administration;
- Assisting staff members with any queries related to the payroll processing activities;
- Up-dating management with all legal and fiscal legislation related to payroll processing and personnel administration;
- Preparing various reports on headcount structure;
- Maintain contact with medical services providers and inform them on the changes to the membership list;
- Placing orders for the meal tickets and maintain contact with the provider.


CERINTE

- Should be a team player with a problem-solving approach, accurate but enthusiastic.
- He/She should be able to work independently showing a receptive and positive attitude, maintaining highly rigorous standards in the daily routine but treating all staff requirements with solicitude.
- Two years of experience as payroll officer/payroll consultant/payroll administrator preferably in a multinational company;
- University degree;
- Solid and sound knowledge of payroll and labour law legislation;
- Strong English language skills; French will be considered as an advantage;
- PC knowledge: MS Office; Ms Outlook;
- Experience with specific payroll software applications preferably DPPayroll
