RESPONSABILITATI

Based in our Bucharest office and reporting to the Group HR Manager, you will be responsible for payroll and legal/tax aspects of the HR function, monitoring local HR procedures and policies, participating in various HR projects and following all local personnel administration issues.


CERINTE

Ideal Candidate¿s Profile:
- University degree in Human Resources Management or Accounting
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a large company, preferably in the industrial sector
- Experience in payroll and administration
- Very good knowledge of Romanian labour legislation
- Very good computer skills
- Romanian native speaker. Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must
- High level of energy, dedication and strong networking & communication skills
- A relative postgraduate degree, prior experience in recruitment & training or experience in compensation and benefits policies/projects will be considered a plus
