RESPONSABILITATI

-Good knowledge of the labor legislation;
-Administration of the personnel files;
-Administration of the legal documents (e.g. employment contracts, addendums) and the relationship with the local authorities;
-Preparations of monthly declarations.


CERINTE

-University degree;
-Minimum 6 months experience of salaries calculation (including taxes, bonuses, medical certificates);
-Problem solving attitude - initiative, proactive approach, ''can-do'' attitude;
-Ability to handle sensitive situations and to perform under pressure;
-Able to communicate efficiently;
-Good command of English (spoken and written).
