RESPONSABILITATI

-Sums up the wages according to monthly time sheets, labor contracts, company policy and Romanian laws
-Ensures the completion and forwarding the necessary formalities to the bank to prepare the payment cards
-Writes up and distributes salary flyers
-Deposits to the ITM the monthly proof of salary payment and other necessary paperwork to ensure the legal premises of labor contracts
-Checks randomly the time sheets presence records
-Checks and logs time sheets from department/team managers for each company employees
-Prepares the paychecks, applying calculus methods according to current laws
-Respects the payment terms for the company’s employees
-Coordinates with the Financial Manager for the transfer operations of the salary journal into accounting
-Coordinates with the Financial Manager in order to accomplish the statement operations/payment of monthly social contributions of part-time employees
-Edits and controls individual salary reports
-Edits and checks accomplished payments (bank transfer, cash)
-Checks the actions made through accounting documents
-Prepares and controls the statements for the various social entities
-Manages and solves possible complaints received from within the company referring to employees’ payments
-Makes the necessary administrative regularizations (litigations, incidents concerning salary payments)
-Maintains the relation with department managers, informing them on the various ways to calculate the salaries
-Maintains the relationship with the Social Insurance House to make necessary adjustments, document requests, monthly Social Insurance statements submittal and follow-up
-Optimizes calculus procedures and salary transfers
-Records time-sheets and correspondence with department managers
-Initiates actions to raise awareness to department/team managers on the need for quality of information conveyed to the HR Department
-Ensures the necessary support for employees regarding labor legislation
-Suggests specific improvements, according to employees’ needs and expectations
-Creates and implements analysis and control tools
-Draws up synthetic situations with information about paychecks for the HR and/or Accounting Department use
-Writes a monthly estimate regarding salary expenses as well as the situation of overall expenses, net income per employee for each department
-Completes fiscal records
-Hands receipts on employee request and according to legal dispositions
-Receives and analyzes different employee requests/complaints regarding the HR field and suggests solutions
-Carries out any other orders given by the direct superior and over-ranking officials in the company’s short-term strategy development within the limits of Romanian laws

Payroll Officer
Experience in using wage system applications
Minimum 2 years of experience on a similar position
Minimum 3 years experience in the same field
PC literate – MS Office
Fluent English
"B" category driver’s license
Good knowledge of employee salary laws
General knowledge of labor legislation and case studies reffering to employee salarization
Good knowledge of official and internal standards and procedures regarding the completion and keeping of employee salary documents
Good analitical and sinthetical skills
Problem-solver
Self-organizer and punctual person
