The Role
o Participating in client assignments, with support from experienced Payroll Advisors;
o Providing efficient and effective Payroll services ensuring that clients are provided with accurate information at all times;
o Maintaining and inputting Payroll information in an accurate manner;
o Performing Payrolll administration activities for the designated clients: employment contracts and addendums, REVISAL, leaves, etc.
o Advising clients on Payroll issues and labour legislation and acting as first point of contact for enquiries.

PricewaterhouseCoopers is currently looking for a Payroll Consultant to join our Tax Management Accounting Services team based in Bucharest. We are looking for a motivated, team-working, detail-oriented and responsible person with good Payroll knowledge.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
o 1+ year previous Payroll processing expertise;
o Strong knowledge of Romanian labour legislation;
o Strong knowledge of Payroll processing procedures;
o Strong knowledge of fiscal treatment of all aspects related to salaries;
o Good English language communication capability;
o Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Payroll software);
o Ability to work independently;
o Flexibility;
o Attention to details and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
