Payroll and Employee Administration Clerk
Curious to know what are you going to do?
You will:
• Help the Payroll and Employee Administration Specialist to collect and file all documents in the personnel files assuring the completion of all necessary documents;
• Fill in and issue all necessary receipts requested by employee (bank, hospital, so on)
• Be involved together with the Payroll and Employee Administration Specialist in payroll processing, according to Danone specific requirements ( time sheets, car files, hires, employment changes, commissions, bonuses);
• Maintain employees’ data base updated with all required information;
• Help in preparing and distributing the Salary slips to the employees on a monthly base;
• Offer your support in the process of benefits administration;
• Participate in HR department projects, as a team support member, according to concrete needs and within your area of competences.

We are looking for a graduate, with a short professional experience in the domain, with:
