- Ensure complete pay information is properly recorded and accurately calculated for each payroll cycle
- Review payroll reports to identify potential problems; contact field units to resolve discrepancies, as needed
- Review quality assurance reports that pertain to hourly and salary payroll
- Work payroll error reports
- Process exception payments
- Perform Gross-to-net calculations
- Provide information to internal research specialist on the resolution of individual associate pay inquires
- Assist payroll manager in the resolution of payroll problems
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1 - 1.5 year of work experience
- Good communication and aptitude for learning
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft payroll (8.0)
- Knowledge of federal and state payroll laws and requirements
- Ability to work in fast pace environment with tight deadlines
- Knowledge of payroll fundamentals.
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of Garnishment Processing
- High standards for accuracy
- Detail oriented
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly
- Excellent written and verbal skills for English and German, Dutch, Italian, French, Polish, Spanish
