Managing business schedules and travel itineraries;
Assisting in co-ordinating meetings, seminars, conferences;
Organising and co-ordinating internal department events;
Establishing and maintaining excellent communication with clients and colleagues;
Proof-reading and formatting documents;
Answering the telephone and taking messages, booking conference rooms, etc.


CERINTE

Very good command of Romanian and English;
PC proficiency (Word, Excel, Power Point);
Excellent administrative skills;
Accuracy and reliability;
