-Align European policies with local strategy of distribution
-Report the activity to the regional headquarters
-Manage and promote sales volumes and margins of the product portfolios
-Promote sales (sell-in/sell-out) of entire Canon Consumer Imaging product portfolio
-Plan and implement sales and marketing activities with key customers
-Monitor sales plans and account activity
-Relationship management
-Develop strategic/tactical business plans and coordinate all appropriate resources
-Implement and monitor the success of the business plan
-Ensure that all business issues, initiatives and promotions are driven, supported and monitored
-Plan, organize, and coordinate internal and external resources to achieve the agreed targets
-Several years of proven experience in sales and/on marketing (min. 5 years)
-Experience in the imaging branch (preferred)
-People management experience
-Fluent in English, native in Romanian
-Good communication skills
-Self-motivated, self starter
-Good planning and organization skills
-Prepared to travel
