RESPONSABILITATI

The primary focus of the Partner Development Executive role is to provide a high level of customer service to Company’s Partner Program members. These clients sell Company products and services. Your role will be to provide information, marketing material etc to existing Company Partners as well as canvas the market for potential new Partners. This role is task orientated with a high volume of inbound and outbound call handling expected. Your customer service orientation will involve working the hours of your market country and delivering at all times a high level of professionalism. This position reports into the OPN IC Regional Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handling of inbound queries from existing Company Partners over the phone, by e-mail and webconference.
• Responsible for new partner recruitment into the program and existing member renewal
• Drive partners to develop their readiness by undertaking the required training investment and associated OPN certifications
• Drive partners adoption and engagement in major A&C business development initiatives
• Conduct Outbound Marketing Campaigns
• Proactively handle multiple tasks, ensuring service level to Company Partner Support
• Network is maintained at all times, there should be a real focus on customer care.
• Management of a Central Email Account and Contact Me Link
• Promote the use of E-Business Tools, conducting web seminars with new and existing Company Partners
• Supply correct and relevant Information to Potential Partners as well as assisting them in deciding why the Company Partner Programme is right for their business
• Assist and encourage existing Partners to generate Company Revenue by helping them to avail of their Partner entitlements in the areas of Development, Sales, Marketing, Education and Support.
• Continuously undertake training to ensure Company product and business practice knowledge is up to date
• Working with other OPN IC team members to ensure learning is shared and that team goals are achieved


CERINTE

• Fluency in Turkish and English is a must
• Customer Service experience in a large multinational company, preferably within the IT Industry
• Telesales/sales orientation
• Business acumen
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential
• Ability to work within a team of people driven by delivering exceptional customer service
• Third level Education or equivalent business experience an advantage but not essential
