Resolving customer financial queries.
Managing overdue payments
Receive and resolve discrepancies (bank, business, customer contact)
Prepare and dispatch dunning letters/statements
Receive and give inputs to initiate legal and insurance actions
Excellent German written and verbal
Economical Background (ASE preffered)
Availibility for work 4-6 hours/day
Fluency in English
Problem solving /conflict resolution/analytical skills
Well organized.
Ability to prioritize tasks, and to meet strict deadline
Computer skills – Excel preferred
