Here is a brief description of the part time roles currently available:
• HR Officer activities:
1. Prepare hiring documents for German employees;
2. Guide and offer support via email or phone to client employees or candidates regarding different interest subjects
3. Bring improvements to processes in place
• Customer service activities:
1. Offer support via email and phone to German vendor
2. Understand the client needs, investigates issues and find solutions
3. Support in using application functionalities, identification of possible workaround
4. Create reports and actively participate to specific calls.
