1 Coordinates the preparation of a wide variety of panel communication materials (i.e. monthly online newsletters, bi annual offline newsletter, announcements etc).
2 Compiles information and writes reports on the communication with the panelists and other.
3 Identifies potential issues, problems and conflicts and recommends courses of action to resolve
4 Coordinates, provides support and solicits advice from staff members (Panel Management, Project Managers, Sampling) regarding communications initiatives.
5 Guides special projects and resources (i.e the creation of a new site, new communication medium etc)
6 Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
* Native speaker of one of following languages:Spanish, or at least four years spent in Spain;
* Computer skills: Internet, e-mail, Microsoft Excel;
* Logical thinking;
* Responsible, dependable, ability to work under stress, able to cope well with very tight deadlines;
* Organized person;
* Ability to work productively in a team.
* Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff;
* Have the ability to dealing with diversity
* Self-confidence and a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, active listening abilities
* Possess and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to communicate essential concepts to people of all levels.
* Ability to plan effectively and work under pressure;
* Results oriented, dynamic and self-motivated person;
* Ability to work productively in a team;
