- Answers to e-mail inquiries from panel members who are based either in UK or in North America;
- Offers telephone support (general/technical queries) to panel members;
- Identifies issues, problems and conflicts affecting the panellists and recommends courses of action to resolve;
- Coordinates the preparation of panel communication materials (i.e. monthly online newsletters, bi-annual postal newsletters, announcements, etc);
- Assists with the communication aspects in the development of special projects and resources (i.e the creation of a new site, new communication medium etc).
The working programme is from 4pm to 1am (with an hour break).
- Exceptional knowledge of the English language;
- Computer skills: Internet, e-mail (MS Outlook), Microsoft Word;
- Problem solving orientated person;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Dynamic person.
