PACKAGING MANAGER - PHARMA

RESPONSABILITATI

Provides coordination in order to ensure the delivery of the SDF & LDF production plan with respect of GMP and HSE requirements related to the quality of the pharmaceutical production in required time and quality
- Ensures that SOP’s are current and that they accurately portray what is being performed on the packaging floor
- Ensure together with the maintenance department the implementation of the annual maintenance plan for the tools and equipment within Packaging area
- Drives quality and productivity to meet schedule and financial commitments
- Required to provide feedback to Senior Management with any issues and or concerns and to provide monthly reports on the performance of the packaging group by shift and area along with action plans for improvement
- Ability to investigate problem reports, identifying root cause, and document findings in Track wise
- Reviews product batch records for accuracy of entries, compliance to established limits, specifications and presence of all verification signatures.
Checks and records the GMP and HSE compliance at the workplace in order to achieve the objectives while meeting the legal requirements for the quality of the pharmaceutical production and environmental protection.
- Elaborate documents and internal procedures in order to ensure full compliance with GMP and HSE standards regarding the manufacturing of solid dosage forms;
- Analyze the deviations from GMP standards and propose actions to resolve them;
- Manage the change control activity within Packaging Department
