Quality Michelin star operation run by a famous Michelin star chef is looking for a quality senior chef de partie/jnr sous to join the team to work in the Brasserie side of the operation. The brasserie has a 46 seating area, and they produce quality style gastro/brasserie food, all from freshly sourced produce. The chef will be required to work within the team, assisting senior chefs and leading junior chefs- rotating between sections and must have a really good understanding on all sections including sauce.
They are not looking for a michelin star chef, but needs someone with a quality background in a restaurant operation, producing good food.
