Within this role, your duties will include:
• Make calls to collect the ongoing debts
• Send email reminders
• Dispute resolutions and negotiating payment plans
• Deliver superior customer service
• Meeting KPI's and targets in relation to overdue accounts
• Pursue outstanding debt
You are the ideal candidate if you have:
• Very good command of English
• Minimum of 1 year previous experience in Collections or Customer service
• Excellent phone manners
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to maintain customer relationships effectively
• Problem solver attitude
