For one of our clients, a Dutch company active in IT area we are looking for a Service Manager.
Responsible for delivery of services according to the agreed SLA;
Lead a team of technical service professionals;
Establish an ITIL based service organization;
Handle escalations with urgency and determination;
Provide detailed performance reporting on agreed intervals;
Implement a 24*7 service solution;
Report to the Operations Director in The Netherlands.
Experienced Service Manager in a similar high-tech environment;
People Manager;
Service attitude;
Good English communication skills, verbally and in writing;
ITIL knowledge / certification is preferable;
Combines a flexible attitude with a procedural approach to establish call handling.
