RESPONSABILITATI

For one of our clients, a Dutch company active in IT area we are looking for a Customer Services Representative.

Be our service interface to our customers;
Timely handling and logging of incoming request via phone or mail;
Interface with Technical Support Engineers to guarantee a timely response;
Be able to solve 1st level issues without assistance of Technical Support Engineers by using Knowledge databases;
Handle escalations with urgency and determination;
Provide detailed performance reporting on agreed intervals;
Assist in continuous improvements of processes and procedures;
Report to the Service Manager.


CERINTE

Service attitude;
Excellent English communication skills, verbally and in writing;
Demonstrated ability to affectively manage business relationships;
Team player with the ability to collaborate with management and other departments;
German language skills would be a plus;
Combines a flexible attitude with a procedural approach to service delivery;
Preferably Microsoft certified.
