On behalf of our client, a leading multinational consulting and outsourcing company, we are searching for a OUTSOURCING PROJECT MANAGER willing to develop a career in a multinational environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Accountable for the client satisfaction and employees under the Project;
- Participates in the establishment and development of the functions in the team;
- Ensures delivery of commercial aspects of the outsourcing projects, as well as standards of service;
- Initiates, designs and implements business process excellence improvements;
- Designs and implements the procedures and principles for how the team will operate on a daily basis;
- Implements the necessary reporting and governance arrangements to ensure effective management controls are established to oversee the operation;
- Offer support to the Manager of the team to allocate resources and responsibilities within team to deliver business results;
- Ensures team members acquire necessary skills and performance attributes, in line with business and personal development needs;
- Offers support to the team and manager as and when required.
Skills, knowledge & experience:
- Experience of successful project management within business transition, transformation or systems projects;
- Knowledge in Client Management;
- Experience of relationship building; business management and knowledge (finance, commercial awareness and understanding of budgets and planning);
- In depth experience of managing change within a commercial environment and knowledge of techniques for successful change management;
- High degree of problem solving and analytical capability;
- Ability to understand and interpret complex client challenges and identify service improvement initiatives;
- Broad understanding of Outsourcing Operations;
- Fluent in English;
- Fluent in a second European language (Italian, Spanish, French, etc.) is an advantage;
- Excellent communication skills.
