RESPONSABILITATI

- Support applications and infrastructure for Whitbread
- Business Guidance. Providing guidance on business issues related to the usage of the system.
- Application / Business Process Guidance. Mainly “ How Do I ?” support
- Problem assessment. The Support Analyst will be the main resource for assessing the cause, type and severity/impact of any reported problems.
- Receive calls in German/French/Italian
- Creation of ticket in ticketing tool
- Assign / Reassign priority for tickets using the ticketing tool.
- Incident management and complete ownership of the ticket by the analyst until closure


CERINTE

- Graduate
- 1-2 years of experience in service desk
- Strong customer service orientation
- Self Starter
- Good listening skills

- Strong problem analysis, resolution, and writing skills
