- Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, in order to persuade potential customers to give their contact details /purchase a product or service.
- Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted.
- Explain products or services and answer questions from customers.
- Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders.
- Excellent Italian skills (both in speech and in writing);
- Excellent communication skills and customer oriented attitude;
- Familiar with computers;
- Self-motivated.
- Experience is NOT necessary.
