RESPONSABILITATI

Primary Responsibilities:
-Business administration and management of the incentive program for Outsourcing centers EMEA.
-Define, implement document and manage the tools and processes required to support the end to end process for variable compensation.
-Communication, guidance and support to region and sub-region teams, reviewers and approvers on all plans.
-Reporting and tracking as required by worldwide and regional management
-Advise managers on all questions related to the plan and help them solve issues in bonus simulation or calculation
-Ensure full and accurate documentation storage. Maintain webpage and share point site up-to-date.

Other Responsibilities:
-Gather the final performance
-Calculate the Bonus pay out
-Send to payroll the Bonus to be paid

Candidate qualifications:
-Advanced Excel skills
-Excellent organizational and coordination skills, attention to detail and process-oriented
-Very good communication skills (written and oral), fluent English
-Willing to work with numbers and Excel sheets
-Ability to work in a remote environment across geographies with autonomy
-Ability to understand financial data and its implications
-Able to deal with different management level and regions
-Able to work under pressure
-Proactive AND Independent
-Experience in working in a financial environment would be an asset
