RESPONSABILITATI

Introduction and/or development of Oracle University’s Workforce Development Program (WDP) in EMEA-Countrys. Supports the efficient management of WDP in EMEA through identifying oportunities in the countries, manage our partners delivering the projects and monitoring the running projects.

That's where Oracle University comes into it's own. We now offer more than 170 instructor led courses in over 217 state of the art education centres in most countries around the world. We have also pioneered developments in web-based and computer and media based training.

Oracle University is responsible for selling and delivering complete training covering Oracle's growing family of products and related areas. Oracle University works closely with customers and Oracle software developers to develop adequate and relevant training. Training addresses each layer of Oracle technology from the customer's database to a range of specific business applications

The Workforce Development Program (WDP) allows education institutions to deliver Oracle training as part of certificate and non-degree programs offered via Continuing Education. With this, WDP will allow for easy and low-cost access to Oracle training in local communities across the country.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Oracles product and services set
- Contribute to WDP development plans as part of the virtual account strategic teams.
- Manage and grow revenue streams from existing WDP-Partners
- Meet and exceed annual and quarterly revenue targets
- Ensure the achievement of business revenue and profit goals through sales activity, including territory planning; territory review; and accurate weekly forecasting.
- Act as primary contact for country managers for WDP-questions
- Identify potential WDP projects in EMEA
- Identify potential partners
- Manage existing partners
- Monitor and maintain email and web queues
- Maintain content on WDP-portal
- Prepare approval requests for specific programs (projects) and new partners
- Manage WDP-forecast and pipe-line
- Operate in line with Oracle policies and procedures


CERINTE

- 2 plus years sales experience in a Service, IT or IT Training Sales environment
- Proven business acumen and sales delivery in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to complete individual goals as well as work in a team
- Ability to work in a virtual team environment involving local in Country organisation as well es global and divisional supporting functions.
- Good communication and persuasive skills in English, both written and verbal. Other European languages an advantage
- Computer literate – Windows, MS Office, email and Internet
- Experience using online applications for administrative/operational processes
- Possesses strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritise
- High degree of data accuracy, attention to detail and follow-through
- Able to understand business process flows
- Demonstrate professional attitude, personal drive and sense of ownership.
- Able to work cooperatively with others in the same organisation and in virtual teams
- Occasional work required evenings, weekends and/or holidays, particularly around quarter end.
